Budyong Beach Resort in Bantayan Island
Budyong beach resort is an affordable resort in Bantayan Island. It’s one of the choices when you want a beach resort with powdery white sand. It’s like Boracay minus the noise and crowd. They have beachfront cottages for rent where you can eat in front of your room with a nice view.

Budyong beach is just walking distance from Sugar beach resort. When the two resorts are compared, the following are Budyong’s advantages over Sugar Beach:
- Better landscape design
- Cleaner surrounding – Budyong has more people who see to it that garbage is properly disposed
- No dogs – Dogs have the tendency to put on the sand so it’s good that they don’t take care of dogs there. However, since the place is open, some dogs can enter the place sometimes.
- Restaurant – They have their own restaurant in Budyong while Sugar Beach doesn’t have one. However, I’ve heard from some people that the food their is too expensive and is way overpriced.
And vice versa, Sugar Beach also has its advantages over Budyong. Sugar beach has a wider place and I’ve observed that the sand there is much finer.
Below are some of the images I’ve captured at Budyong. Please click on them to enlarge:
Overall, Budyong is a nice place to stay if you want a great beach experience. The beach and view is really nice. The sand is really white and powdery and there are NO big rocks on the sea that can hurt your feet when you swim. The resort is also quiet and calm so it’s a perfect place if you want to relax.

Budyong is really great for people who love beaches. With its powdered white sand, it’s really among the best beaches in the country.

Hi Reza… It’s easy to reach Budyong. Just ride a bus at the North Bus Terminal going to Haganaya port. It’s the last bus stop or you can just ask the conductor to drop you there. Then ride a ferry boat going to Sta. Fe. From there, there are lots of tricycles than you can ride going to Budyong. For the ferry boat schedules, you may read my other post about Sugar Beach since the direction going to Budyong and Sugar Beach is just the same.
active pa ang numbers ninyo d mn gud mo mkontak?
Yes, the number in my post above is active. It was given by a representative from Budyong.
